All PLP locations are open with restricted access.

MARCH, 25th, 2020
Our store hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm. Due to the COVID-19 virus threat, we have implemented restricted access inside the stores. These precautions are necessary for the safety of our employees, their families, and our customers.

Please enter our facilities via the main front entrance. Other entrances will remain locked during business hours.

For Parts purchases:

  • We have placed markers on the floor in front of our part counters which complies with the CDC & KDHE 6 feet social distancing recommendation. Please stay behind the markers when ordering parts. 
  • Order parts remotely via our PLP Portal. More information can be found below.
  • Utilize one of our many parts drop locations located throughout the region.
  • Ask for your parts to be set outside or ask for curbside delivery when you arrive to pick up your parts.

For Service needs:

  • Call our local Service Manager for field service.
  • If visiting the store, please talk directly with the Service Manager. Access to our shop floors is restricted.

For Sales needs:

  • Most of our sales staff is working remotely. Please contact them directly via cell phone or text. Call your local dealership if you need contact information.
  • Visit https://plpbuilder.prairielandpartners.com/ to build, price, and buy select small tractors, mowers, gators, and compact construction equipment. You can even complete the transaction online and set up delivery.

For Precision Ag support:

  • All of our Precision Ag staff is working remotely. Please call the Remote Support Center at 620-860-4945.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a global concern that is now impacting our daily lives in the United States. Our top priority at PrairieLand Partners is the health and safety of our employees and customers alike! With that said, we have implemented additional measures as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), and Local Health Departments. These measures are to help ensure that we will be here to serve you when you need us most.

As we sort through the ever-changing information surrounding COVID-19, please know that we are taking the necessary precautions to keep you and our employees safe. As of right now, PrairieLand Partners will remain open during normal business hours. However, we are suspending all PrairieLand Partners participation at upcoming tradeshows, customer clinics, and group meetings at all locations until further notice. We have also implemented additional cleaning strategies at each of our dealerships. 

Rest assured, we will do everything possible to provide adequate support for your parts, sales, service, and precision ag needs as we head into the upcoming Spring season.
